If you’ve forgotten your username &/or password, please use the "Forgot Password" link on the Login Page.
You may also find it useful to clear your web browser’s cache. Your browser has a folder in which certain items have been downloaded & stored for future use. Graphics, photos and sometimes entire webpages are cached. When visiting a webpage, your browser looks for a copy already in its cache. It is meant to save the visitor download time. Some browsers refer to the cache as “Temporary Internet Files.” Please see below on how to clear your cache:
Google Chrome- Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar. Select Tools. Select Clear browsing data. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything. Click Clear browsing data.
Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge - Select Tools > Safety > Delete browsing history. Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete. You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.
Mozilla Firefox - At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button and then select options. Select the Advanced panel. Click on the Network tab. In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now. Click OK to close the options window.
Safari – Click on the ALT-key, when the menu bar on the top of the screen isn’t visible. Click onEdit in the menu bar. Click on Empty Cache in the pop-up menu.
Problems with the search engine?
If you’re having trouble with our search engine, try a specialized search by putting quotation marks (" ") around the item desired. For example, if you're looking for ultrasound lotion, type "ultrasound lotion" in the search engine box and it will bring up our selection.
Simple searches yield the best results, so try simplifying your search terms. For example, if you tried searching for "Nitrile Latex Free Powder Free Blue Gloves" simplify the search terms to "Nitrile Gloves". If you tried searching for a product in a specific size, for example, "Spenco Slip-In Orthotic Insoles Size 4" try simplifying the search to "Spenco Insoles".
You may also use your invoice from SME to type in the actual SKU number into the search engine.

Setting Up Your Wish Lists
Do you find yourself frequently purchasing the same items? Are you planning for a new location and you're building up a supply/equipment list? You should use "Wish Lists!" These helpful lists allow you to build lists of products and quickly add items to your cart.
Our website is equipped to handle multiple Wish Lists. You can separate your favorite products into different categories, such as "Exercise Bands" "Stretching Tools" "Cleaning Supplies" or "Hand Therapy". Wish Lists are also helpful if you have multiple clinic locations with different product and equipment needs.
Once you're logged in, click on your account name on the upper righthand corner of the page.
On the lefthand navigation panel, expand the "WISH LIST" tool. If you already have Wish Lists created, you'll see them displayed here. If not, you can select "All my lists". The "Create New List" button is on the righthand side. You can name your list whatever you'd like and also add personal notes to describe the list (these notes are for your personal reference only).
You can create as many Wish Lists as you'd like. You can view all of your Lists by using the navigation panel on the righthand side of your "My Account" page.
As you shop on our website, you may add products to your various Wish Lists, and refer back to your Lists whenever you're ready to place an order. You can select certain products from a list or you can select the whole list itself, and move items to your cart.
The Wish Lists are yours to customize. Did you put a product in the wrong list? Simply go into the affected list, find the product that you'd like to move. Hit the checkbox on the product, and to the right of the product, you will see "Move to". Select from the drop-down menu which list you would like to move the product to. This will move your product to the desired folder.
Some products have custom options (i.e. size, color, resistance level) that you will need to select before adding that product to a favorites list. If you try to add a product to a Favorites folder and it does not appear in the folder, return to the product listing and select options before adding it to your Favorites folder(s).
