SIZING:

Small: for women and approximate shoe size up to size 7
Medium: for women and approximate shoe size up to size 9
Large: for men mainly

DIRECTIONS:

Apply to clean and dry footwear.
Insert cushions into heel area of footwear as far back as possible
If cushion is uncomfortable, remove it and re-position it.
