Temper Foam R-Lite Foam Blocks are used to increase hand and finger strength in personal or professional environments. This block is constructed of slow-recovery foam, and determines exercise rate by its recovery time. Four resistances allow for steady progression, and each block is made to be used at home, on-the-go and in clinical settings.
