  • Level 3 - Mint/Medium - Moderate resistance allows users with improved fitness to increase their strength and flexibility
  • Level 4 - Sky/Heavy - Offering higher resistance for those close to the end of their fitness journey. Intended for everyday use
  • Level 5 - Midnight/Extra Heavy - Heavy resistance bands intended for advanced strength training and fitness
