This non-slip grip band is available in Level 1 Light resistance through Level 5 Super Heavy resistances. Convenient Dispenser Box includes (30) individually wrapped bands that measure 5" (13cm) wide x 5ft (1.5m) length. Each band includes an insert with a few basic exercise instructions.
