The Lifeline Train Station Doorway Gym is a full body resistance system that slides onto any standard home, office or dorm door within seconds. The patented design allows multiple resistance position angle settings along the height of the door making the change between upper body, core and lower body exercises in seconds. The Train Station Doorway Gym design allows the resistance point to move up and down the door to change the angle of resistance allowing for total body exercises. INDEPENDENT CABLE MOVEMENT- Each of the two resistance cables act independent of each other and can be quickly moved up and down to vary exercises.

MAX FLEX HANDLE- The Max Flex Handle securely locks in place up any of Lifeline’s 10 Resistance Cables (10lb – 100lb) levels to ensure safety and provide proper cable alignment. Includes a non-slip, free rotating grip with strong nylon webbing construction which allows your body to flow through movements seamlessly.
ANKLE / WRIST ATTACHMENT: Secure, padded strap/cuff attachment used with resistance cables to isolate and target muscles in the hip, rotator cuff, glutes and other hard-to-train areas of the body

Cable Resistance: 30lb weighted peak resistance per cable = 60lb total resistance.
Each resistance level is defined as maximum force when the cable is stretched to 3x the original resting length. We strongly suggest never stretching cables more than 3x the resting level. It is a good idea to replace your bands every year, depending on use and wear - and Lifeline's interchangeable system makes the process convenient and easy!
