Hapad heel lifts correct leg length discrepancies.

• Measure the inside heel width of your shoe and choose equivalent width of heel pad from 2", 2-1/2" and 3".
• Choose the corresponding adjustment from thicknesses of 3/16", 5/16", 7/16", 1/2" and 9/16".
• Children's sizes use 2" width.
