Green- Medium - Finger (5.0 lbs) / Hand (16.0 lbs)

Blue- Heavy - Finger (7.0 lbs) / Hand (23.0 lbs)

Black- Extra heavy - Finger (9.0 lbs) / Hand (31.0 lbs)
