Coverflex® grip Tubular Bandage
Hartmann’s Coverflex® grip is an elastic tubular bandage designed to provide 360 degrees of uniform, consistent support and low-level compression. Made from a blend of 82% unbleached cotton, 9% elastane, and 9% polyamide, this bandage is ideal for secondary fixation, skin protection under casts, and offering support to joints and ligaments. It is not intended for compression therapy but rather for its material and design that contribute to its compressive effect. It is a reliable choice for medical professionals and patients alike.
Coverflex grip is commonly used for edema reduction, post-cast support, and to protect sensitive skin from adhesives or trauma. Its washable and reusable. Allows for steam sterilization according to DIN EN ISO 17665 and ETO sterilization according to EN ISO 11135 with validated processes.
The bandage comes in various sizes to accommodate different body parts, from infant legs and arms to large trunks. Classified as a Class I medical device under EU directive 93/42/EEC, ensuring its safety and compliance with medical standards. Latex-free.
