Measuring Instructions:
Measure the circumference below the patella (kneecap). The Original Knee Strap can be worn on either knee, right or left.

Note: If you are between sizes, we suggest you order the smaller size.
 

Extra Small	Less than 10 in.;     Less than 25 cm.
Small	10-12.5 in.;            25-32 cm.
Medium	12.5-14.5 in.;         32-37 cm.
Large	14.5-16.5 in.;         37-42 cm.
