ADSCOPE® Stethoscopes

The Adscope® 603 and 604 Series stethoscopes offer legendary acoustics, performance, and exceptional functionality for both adult and pediatric care, now enhanced with AFD (Adjustable Frequency Design) technology.  Each model features a combination chestpiece precisely machined from surgical stainless steel for outstanding performance and rugged durability.

The Adscope® 604 pediatric chestpiece boasts an extra-large 1 1/8" bell for low frequencies and a 1 3/8" diaphragm with AFD for crisper high frequencies. The Adscope® 603 adult chestpiece combines an extra-large 1 3/8" bell for unsurpassed low-frequency response with an ultra-sensitive 1 3/4" diaphragm, utilizing AFD technology for enhanced acoustic response—light pressure for bell-type frequencies and firm pressure for diaphragm-type frequencies.

Both series ensure patient comfort with non-chill bell and diaphragm retaining rims. The clinician headset includes a reinforcing yoke molded into the flexible 22" PVC "Y" tubing (phthalate-free since 2014) and stainless-steel binaurals fixed at a 15º angle for greater comfort (tactical, copper, and iridescent 603 models feature aluminum binaurals). Adsoft™ Plus silicone eartips with a new snap-on connection provide ultimate wearing comfort and an acoustic seal. Each stethoscope includes an accessory kit with two pairs of spare Adsoft™ Plus eartips and a Scope ID tag. The 604 model weighs 4.6 oz (131 g) with an overall length of 29.5", while the 603 weighs 5.8 oz (164 g) and measures 30" in overall length. The 603 is also assembled, inspected, and packaged in the USA. Both models are backed by a lifetime warranty covering all parts.
