Hand Helper Deluxe Hand Exerciser

Loop a rubber band around the top bar of the sliding finger grip. Attach additional rubber bands for greater resistance. The Deluxe Hand Exerciser has a foam hand grip which provides comfort on the palmar surface. Two metal thumb screws may be adjusted to change the length of pull to best fit hand size or desired range of motion.
