With the advanced level 16" or intermediate 20" wobble board, you can improve your coordination, gain better balance & agility, have quicker reaction speeds, and build confidence and better posture. Each board comes with a removable 5" polyurethane sphere and a tri-level spacer for varied degrees of difficulty.
