In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything. Click Clear browsing data.
- Internet Explorer - Select Tools > Safety > Delete browsing history. Make sure to uncheckPreserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete. You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.

Problems with search engine?
If you’re having trouble with our search engine, try a specialized search by putting quotation marks (" ") around the item desired. For example, if you're looking for ultrasound lotion, type "ultrasound lotion" in the search engine box and it will bring up our selection.
Simple searches yield the best results, so try simplifying your search terms. For example if you tried searching for "Nitrile Latex Free Powder Free Blue Gloves" simplify the search terms to "Nitrile Gloves". If you tried searching for a product in a specific size, for example "Spenco Slip-In Orthotic Insoles Size 4" try simplifying the search to "Spenco Insoles".
You may also use your invoice from SME to type in the actual SKU number into the search engine.

Setting Up Your Favorites List
Our website is equipped to handle multiple Favorites folders. Favorites folders is a helpful tool for you to separate your favorite products into different categories, such as "Exercise Bands""Stretching Tools" "Cleaning Supplies" or "Hand Therapy". Favorites folders are also helpful if you have mutiple locations with different product and equipment needs.
Click on "My Favorites" towards the top right-hand corner of the website page. Click "Create New Folder." Assign a name to that folder then click "Save Name." It will tell you that your folder has been successfully saved. Create as many Favorites folders as you'd like. You can view all of your Favorites folders list by clicking "All Folders."
The "My Favorites" page is yours to customize. Did you put a product in the wrong folder? Simply go into the Favorites folder and find the product that you'd like to move. To the right of the product you will see "Move to". Select from the drop-down menu which folder you would like to move the product to. Once you have chosen the desired folder, scroll down and click the "Update" button. This will move your product to the desired folder.
Some products have custom options (i.e. size, color, resistance level) that you will need to select before adding that product to a favorites list. If you try to add a product to a Favorites folder and it does not appear in the folder, return to the product listing and select options before adding it to your Favorites folder(s).
