The Talea' should only be used by advanced body workers. If you are a new practitioner, then Rebecca Lowe recommends that you develop the skill of palpation through your hands and then, you will be able to feel through this tool. There are many uses of this tool for trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, cross friction massage, joint mobilizations. There are even techniques that allow hands-free work to be performed. Rebecca Lowe offers an instructional class that can be held in your area, to teach how to use this beautiful and powerful tool.
