Weight stack consists of twenty plates of 4 lbs. each, allowing a total resistive capacity of 80 lbs.

Functional Characteristics:
- All high-speed movements occur smoothly with no bouncing even during concentric-eccentric shift
- Ropes can exit at the top making it easy to use for assistive exercises
- Patients can perform movements that mimic the high-speed and eccentric-concentric shifts of a golf swing, tennis serve, batting of ball, etc.
- Due to smooth function is ideal for patients in early, mid and/or late progression tendon healing, repair and regeneration
- Two nylon web handgrips included.
