Innovative Features:
An internal heat exchanger immersed directly in the water basin heats water in less than 30 minutes, with minimal thermal lag and uniform heat distribution throughout the tub. Auto on/off settings preheat the water to a set temperature on a set day and time, so it's ready when your clinic opens and energy-efficient overnight when not in use. Factory-installed preset settings offer temperature and time suggestions specific to the thermoplastic selected, while custom thermoplastic settings let you dial in and save your own preferences. A built-in water level sensor automatically shuts off the pan when water runs low, and audio and visual alerts notify you when heating is complete.
Dual Disinfection — A Splint Bath First:
The Rolyan Smart Splint Bath is the only splint bath built with two integrated methods of disinfection: UV-C germicidal kill and a high-heat sanitation cycle, working together to protect patients and support regulatory compliance. An internal pump continuously cycles water over the UV light to sterilize microbes, while the high-heat sterilization cycle raises water temperature to an extreme high heat for 5 minutes to eliminate remaining microorganisms. Combined, these two methods achieve a 99.9% kill rate against introduced microorganisms, including COVID-19.
